    3. Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

      If the COD option is not available, it means this facility is not serviceable by our courier partners for your postal code. However, you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card payment options. Also we do not have COD option for a cart value above Rs. 5000.

    4. Are there any hidden charges?

      There are absolutely NO hidden charges. Sales tax, or other charge is borne by Skulptz.com. You only pay the amount that you see in your order summary. However if you would like to exchange or return your product, a variable fee would be charged according to our exchange / cancellation / return policies.

    5. How much time it would take to get me my order?

      Normally it takes from 2 days up to 7 days to reach to your doorstep from the date of order placed. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location).

    6. How orders on skulptz.com are delivered to me?

      We dispatch your order through reputed logistics partner (Depending upon your location).

    7. How would skulptz.com intimate me when my order is dispatched from their warehouse?

      We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you shall receive an SMS and an Email mentioning the shipping detail such as Courier Company etc.

    8. What should I do if my payment fails?

      In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
      If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at contact@skulptz.com or whatsapp message us by clicking the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of your screen.

    9. I haven't received my refund yet. What should I do?

      We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure. If we’ve emailed you about initiating the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to be completed.

    10. How do I send the product back?

      We do have a reverse pickup facility, you are requested to pack the goods as secure as possible. We might need a picture of the package before its being picked up for reverse delivery to ensure secure packing. And based on the reason for the return, you may be charged a shipping fee. We do not charge for exchange of apparel due to size fit issue or wrong items or size being shipped by mistake by our team.
