Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
(A) ACTIVEWEAR & ACCESSORIES
Exchange Policy- All products purchased from www.skulptz.com are applicable for exchange (Size change, manufacturing defect or wrong order received).
- Customers can exchange their order within 10 days of the order delivery.
- All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We do have a reverse pickup facility, you are requested to pack the goods as secure as possible. We might need a picture of the package before its being picked up for reverse delivery to ensure secure packing. And based on the reason for the return, you may be charged a shipping fee. We do not charge for exchange of apparel due to size fit issue or wrong items or size being shipped by mistake by our team.
- After that, Please drop us an email at contact@skulptz.com or Whatsapp message us by clicking the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of your screen - along with your order ID, exchange details and your phone number. We will get in touch with you after receiving the product.
- Once your returned item is received by us. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item for all defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s claim. Upon confirmation and passing of Quality Check, we shall proceed with Exchange process.
- Size replacement is subject to availability of required size with us.

- To cancel any order, please mail our Customer Care at contact@skulptz.com or whatsapp message us by clicking the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of your screen to cancel the order or log in to your account on www.skulptz.com and initiate process.
- If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product or exchange it for something else.
- Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.
Refunds for cancelled Orders (Prepaid):
a) Before order is shipped from our end
Full amount will be refunded to you, via the same mode of your payment. If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, (Will be reflected in next statement) within 5 to 7 working days. If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 to 14 working days.
b) After order is shippedIn this case shipping charge (2-way) will be deducted from the refundable amount. The customer has to provide the below Bank Account details and the amount will reflect in the same within 2-4 business days.

- You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 10 days of its date of delivery.
- To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at contact@skulptz.com or whatsapp message us by clicking the WhatsApp icon on the bottom right of your screen along with your order and return details.

- Once your returned item is received by us. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item for its condition. Upon confirmation and passing of Quality Check, we shall refund the money subject to fulfilment of Return conditions.

Refundsa) Refunds for Pre-Paid Orders:
1) Before order is shipped from our end.
Full amount will be refunded to you, via the same mode of your payment. In case the customer has returned one or more products purchased using COD payment method, the customer has to provide below Bank Account details for refund. COD charges of Rs.50 & Shipping Charge (2-way) will be borne by you and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that the COD charges are collected by our courier partners from us.

The refund amount for Cash on Delivery orders shall be deposited into the bank account of the Customer by SKULPTZ within ten 2 - 4 business days after the receipt of request for refund by the Customer has been approved.
The amount will be refunded to the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash / cheque / DD refund.
c) Refund Timelines:
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at our warehouse. We will keep you informed via email on the refund status. Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing timelines by banks as indicated here under.

- Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
- There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
- All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
- Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
- Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
(B) SPORTS NUTRITION
- Do not Accept any product which seems to be tampered / damaged by the courier services.
- Please make a video while opening the Packaging as a supporting proof.
- Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
- Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.
WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LIABILITY REGARDING THE TASTE / MIXABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. If there is any concern, you need to raise it to Brand and there is no return/replacement for the same.
We won’t be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.
Since ingredients of BCAA’s and Pre-workout are hygroscopic in nature, they’ll tend to form lumps. However, the supplement is completely safe to consume. We would recommend shaking the product vigorously to break down the clumps which would help them to dissolve in the water. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please email to respective brands.
You can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. 2-way shipping charges (both side traveling) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number and images of products received with invoice copy to our customer care at contact@skulptz.com. Once you raise the concern we will investigate for same you will get revert in 24-48 hrs. If we need we might raise the concern to brand or importer and in those situations, we need to wait for the revert from same.
